Add the chicken breast pieces into the blender along with the bread crumbs.

Add ginger paste, garlic paste, light soy sauce, white pepper powder, paprika powder (optional), and salt.

Blend the mixture until it becomes a coarse paste. It should not be too fine.
Mixing and Shaping the Nuggets
Transfer the mixture onto a clean surface and add vegetable oil.
