Ingredients
- 500 g Meat Mixed Minced, (Beef and Lamb)
- 500 g Chicken Thighs (with skin)
- 500 g Chicken Breast
- Cilantro Leaves 1 handful
- 1 pc Red Bell Pepper chopped
- 3 Onions Medium size, finely chopped
- 4 Green Chilies chopped
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Ginger 1 large piece
- Breadcrumbs of 3 breads
- Lemon Juice ½ lemon
- 2 Eggs Medium size
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients
- Finely chop cilantro, red bell pepper, onions, green chilies, garlic, and ginger in a food processor.Cilantro Leaves, 1 pc Red Bell Pepper, 3 Onions, 4 Green Chilies, Garlic, Ginger
- Cut the chicken thighs and breasts into small pieces. Lightly chop them in a food processor.500 g Chicken Thighs, 500 g Chicken Breast
- Do the same for the mixed minced meat (beef and lamb). Keep the texture slightly coarse.500 g Meat
Prepare the Mixture
- Mix the chopped meat, vegetables, and bread crumbs in a large bowl.Breadcrumbs
- Add the tasting salt, regular salt, black pepper, meat masala, baking soda, and lemon juice.
- Add two eggs and mix everything thoroughly.
- Cover the mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop.
Shape the Kababs
- Lightly oil your hands and shape the mixture into long oval-shaped kababs.
- You can use wooden skewers if you prefer.
Frying the Kababs
- Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan on medium-low heat.
- Place the kababs in the pan and fry for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown.
