Ingredients
 

  • 6 Chicken Legs Drumsticks
  • 6 Potatoes Small and peeled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 Black Pepper crushed
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1.5 cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Onion Small and finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chilies finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder Roasted
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Instant Noodle Seasoning Optional for extra flavor

Instructions
 

Boil Chicken and Potatoes

  • Place the chicken legs in a pot with water, salt, black pepper, garlic paste, and ginger paste. Cook until chicken is tender, and water evaporates.

  • In the same pot, add the peeled potatoes and boil until soft.

Mash and Mix

  • Peel boiled potatoes and mash them.
  • Remove meat from the bones and mash it lightly with a fork or hand.
  • Combine mashed chicken, potatoes, lemon juice, onion, green chilies, coriander, garam masala, and roasted cumin powder in a bowl.

  • Add instant noodle seasoning for an extra flavor kick.

Shape Drumsticks

  • Take the chicken bones and shape the chicken-potato mixture around them, forming a drumstick shape.
  • Lightly dust the shaped drumsticks with flour to prevent breaking while frying.

Coat and Freeze (Optional)

  • Dip each drumstick in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.

  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan until hot.
